1. Our Commitment
At Artesian Paint & Body, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet our customers' expectations. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require adjustments to our original agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. For large projects requiring custom materials or extensive labor, a deposit of 50% may be required before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels after work has commenced.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your service appointment:
- More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund of any deposit paid
- 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 24 hours before appointment: Deposit non-refundable
- After work has commenced: No refund available
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If you have concerns about the quality of our services:
- Contact us within 7 days of service completion
- We will inspect the work and address any legitimate concerns
- Repairs or adjustments will be made at no additional cost if deemed necessary
5. Disputes
If we cannot resolve a concern to your satisfaction, we encourage open communication to find a fair resolution. We value our customers and aim to handle all disputes professionally and respectfully.
