Artesian Paint & Body provides truck striping and lettering services, including but not limited to racing stripes, custom lettering, vehicle graphics, and fleet branding. All service descriptions on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions, materials required, and labor involved. A formal quote must be approved by the customer before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle information
• Ensuring the vehicle is in suitable condition for work to be performed
• Clearing personal belongings from the vehicle before drop-off
• Reviewing and approving designs before application

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Our services come with a 3-year warranty on materials and labor for standard applications. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidents or collisions
• Improper maintenance or cleaning
• Environmental damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

7. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of quote. While we strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee specific completion dates due to factors beyond our control, including weather, material availability, and project complexity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artesian Paint & Body's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those specific services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Artesian Paint & Body remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing. Customers retain ownership of their logos and brand materials provided for use in their projects.
